In this article, Dr. Hani al-Hefwani, Professor of Management and Director of UAE Centre for Performance Control & Improvement, spoke about changing management and leadership within industries. Dr. al-Hefwani stressed the importance of the modern science of management as the basis for development and economic growth at the levels of individuals and factories. Dr. al-Hefwani went on to state that Egypt had many vital issues that were in the way of future success.
