The Fund would appoint members of experience like Kamal Eldin Barakat, Mohamed Farid Khamis, Nader Riad, and Mohamed Shafiq Gabr. All the bodies concerned shall adhere to the above. This came after reviewing the Constitution and relevant laws.(Available in Arabic \u2013 German in PDF)<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Hani Mahfouz Hilal was appointed as Treasurer General of the Education Development Fund. The Fund would appoint members of experience like Mr. Kamal Eldin Barakat, head of the Federation of Egyptian Banks, Mr. Mohamed Farid Khamis, chairman of Oriental Weavers, Dr. Nader Riad, chairman of Bavaria-Egypt and Dr. Mohamed Shafiq Gabr, chairman of the Egyptian International Economic Club. All the bodies concerned are to adhere to the above.
