The article clarified that despite Egypt rail way which is the most important facility on the strategic level, it is rich in its properties and poor and its revenues. The railway facility has great potentials represented in selling part of the properties which may be used in financing a part of the strategic expansion such as transferring goods and maximizing the internal trade. We have a great number of experts who was able to manage the railway facility after the departure of the Britain management. The article stressed the importance of adopting a number of important axes in order to achieve the desired ambitions which include: \u2022 Completing the lack of tractors on the short term by used and renewed tractors \u2022 Mainstreaming of electric level crossings across the Republic \u2022 Updating signal system and circulating it to all lines \u2022 Extending lines to Egyptian harbors and providing services of good clearance by the railway , this shall save a great income that serve the distribution of goods quickly and safely in order to serve the domestic trade through the wide spread railway stations \u2022 Providing the services of containers and cooling transportation on railway lines \u2022 Providing the services of transporting bulk materials in special containers \u2022 Establishing a banking mechanism for the railways “ railway bank“ \u2022 Extending the railway lines to Toshky and red sea harbors<\/p>\n<\/div>
