In his article, Dr. Nader Riad assured that that the human capital whose main component which the organization\u2019s ambitions depend on to achieve its goals. Thus, the utmost goal of the industrial organization is to foster human development of its human capital in order to realize the top stages of human system levels to achieve future objectives of the organization. The article summed up that the structure of the industrial system success starts from working on increasing the individual\u2019s productivity, including all the economic and technical inputs and outputs. \nThe article referred that the industrial organization should choose between two basic strategies: whether the manual labor with its limited productivity, reduced payment and track to production increase throughout employment increase without any increase in productivity in consider that the increase in individual numbers consumes the difference in the production increase, or builds the other strategy represented in the gradual and continuous ownership of modern technologies at the aim of employee productivity increase and raise of his technical standard, by which the association is promoted by the measure of productivity increase which would promote in each stage along with other indicators including raise of productivity of pound \/ payment or pound\/income \u2013 working capital turnover increase throughout the year \u2013 increase of goods stock turnover including materials and products throughout the year \u2013 finding a surplus to finance researches, development and finding new products and updated marketing methods, what raises the marketing share of the association.<\/p>\n<\/div>
