Dr. Riad first points to the slogan &#8222;Jobs must meet the people&#8217;s needs,&#8220; commenting that although this may require the amendment to laws governing minimum wage and inadvertently burden the struggle, that Egypt is in dire need of amending the minimum wage both in the public and private sectors. He then points to the slogan &#8222;Education for employment,&#8220; noting that this indicates education to further employment.
