The article focused on decentralization and its importance as one of the principle episodes in the series of future making up and building of modern Egypt. The article stated that regardless of difference in point of views \u2013 Decentralization as a developed method in management aims at one matter represented in accomplishment of the greatest amount of mastery in a task or a service performance, in the shortest duration of time. .(Available in Arabic \u2013 German in PDF)
\nThe articled emphasized that decentralization in its most ideal forms should overcome a number of principle matters, of which we mention the following: 1-The obvious determination of centralized fields and other decentralized ones, the thing that requires an accurate description of the tasks, and absolute authorization for making decision on different standards. 2- Financial resources. Different from what’s applicable in our area that the public budget constitutes different governorate budget elements in accordance to what the officer of public treasury affairs sees possible away from importance series of governorate needs, therefore, those financial allocations are decided about to be in its total disabled to achieve the ambitions of those governorates. 3- Development contribution, governorates have become leaders of their own affairs represented in self resources, however they would be changed to become an adopter of a development and investment thought which works for the increase of those resources throughout availability of investment opportunities and development vast in all variant fields which some governorates would be distinguished by other than others in regard of available investment and economic opportunities which are ready to invest in.<\/p>\n<\/div>
