Whoever engages in quality issues knows more than others that he should transfer in escalation inside quality system starting from product quality, once he has completed it, he transfers to system quality then system completion quality where he is accompanied throughout transfer from a stage to another stage whether on the horizontal standard or the vertical one, by slogans and invariants connected to quality concepts which he should understand and repeat as a scout law until they become a massive call in which the team at whole repeats.(Available in Arabic \u2013 German in PDF)
