The main reason is their lack of training. In this regard, Egypt could follow the examples of countries like Germany, bearing in mind that training in several foreign countries is a fundamental prerequisite before people may work. ( Available in Arabic \u2013 German in PDF )<br \/>\nEgyptian workers are less trained than their foreign colleagues and this is the main reason why there is a poor demand for Egyptian labor force abroad. Yet, chances may be there in the future, as Europe may need more labor force in the next few years. Intensive training is needed, though, and trade unions \u2013 as well as the State \u2013 should play a certain role in this regard.
