For achieving this, several questions need to be answered: Who is the person with limited income, who should receive the subsidy? And, what is the appropriate method for it to reach those who deserve it? The government is committed to relieve the suffering of low income people. Dr. Nader Riad said that the governmental subsidy has two aspects: The first is social and the second is economic. The objective of subsidy is to increase of individuals\u2019 capabilities to fulfill their requirements, adapt to human progress and accept the new challenges.
