In addition, Dr. Riad expresses the necessity to establish a specialized centre in relation to product assessment. ( Available in Arabic \u2013 German in PDF )<br \/>\nAt the present time, experts assert the necessity for industrial modernization; such with an aim to develop and enhance the efficiency of industrial performance. Dr. Raid addresses the fierce competitive nature at the international level, whereby research and development are related to gaining a competitive advantage. In line with this, he further asserts the need to raise the Egyptian standards to an international level, whereby as a result, the Egypt industry will become a symbol of confidence and quality within the international trade conscience. Furthermore, Dr. Nader Riad asserts the necessity to establish a specialized centre in relation to product assessment, in order to meet the needs of both the producers and the consumers. Such is deemed an essential factor for any industrial activity. Furthermore he stresses the need to establish this centre under the umbrella of the Ministry of Industry and Technological Development.
