They face too many procedures and obstacles, do not enjoy much official support, and government aid is not helping very much. Yet, they are major sources of employment. They have to be paid more attention to so that they can boost their production. This is due to the many complicated procedures and obstacles they have to face. They do not get very much official help, and their profits are falling while taxes are rising. Yet, they are a major source of employment. They are mainly located in major cities, but they are cropping up throughout the country as migration flows from villages to cities is decreasing.
