He puts forward his solutions to introduce new curricula and specializations in order to qualify manpower. He also suggests learning from the EU in this regard. He stresses the need to focus on engineering education, introduce new common educational mechanisms shared by different universities internationally, and adopt new curricula and syllabuses so that Egyptian universities and institutes may be closer to European ones. He suggests that new specific specializations should be introduced to keep abreast with the modern work fields abroad.
