Dr. Peter Joe Befresh, Executive of German-Arabian Chamber for Industry &amp; Commerce, states that reforming the Egyptian Constitution, in order to allow voting in a President among many candidates, is a great step in the right direction. This decision will have a positive historical impact, not only in Egypt, but throughout the Middle East and Arabian region.
